We can handle credentialing needs to get your billing process started to turning the unpaid patient balances over to collection agencies when needed and everything in between. YES! We send statements and receive incoming patient calls. Our team members answers patient questions and offer payment arrangements. If payments become delinquent, IHS works with collection agencies to send out the bad debt or delinquent balances.

YES! We will assign a team member as your primary contact. In addition, every practice has direct access to a billing manager. Lastly, one of our partners will always be available in the event you need their immediate assistance.
